TONDU RFC - MINI & JUNIOR PARENT POLICY 2026/27

1. SUBSCRIPTIONS £10/MONTH
I agree to pay £10/month subs for my child.
I, the paying parent/guardian, have set up the Direct Debit via the new ClubZap App.
Payment starts after the taster period - max 2 weeks training.
*No payment set up = No play/training.* Exception: If you need support, contact your team coach or Director of Rugby before the 2 weeks is up.

2. CONTINUOUS PAYMENT RULE

£10/month is a continuous payment. If your child leaves the club or payments stop, a minimum 5-month break is required before they can rejoin.

If your child wishes to return within that 5-month period, they're welcome to do so by simply clearing any missed payments to bring their balance up to date

3. WRU CODE OF CONDUCT
Tondu RFC is signed up to the WRU Code of Conduct. I have read and understood it.
It sets expectations for players and parents on respecting referees, opponents, spectators, and the game.

By registering and attending, I agree to uphold WRU Core Values: Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline, Sportsmanship, Teamwork. Rugby is for everyone.

BREACH OF CODE:
1. Verbal warning from club official
2. Asked to leave ground and child’s coach informed
3. Formal WRU disciplinary action and possible ban from club

Kids play for fun. They’re not mini-professionals. They’ll remember how you behaved long after they forget the result.
